I knew from beginning that block 3 is not going to be any different from earlier blocks.

Sir everybody knew that about block 3 everything will be about Avionics n AESA Radar , Weapon package and may be HMD and may be 1 more hard point .

Have you seen block-III photos? How close is it? It has visible changes to it like spine and air-intakes. Unless you have a reason to say it is not block-III, it does looks different from Block-II or Bs.

We've to trust the model more than the coin. Only other explanation is that the dual seat variant required some more changes and its design will further diverge from single seat.

Well i wasn't present at the ceremony, however according to the source this model was presented to all those attending....The Spine, intake, wings all look different.
