According to to the Oldest Book of Dharmic/Brahminic faiths before other gods came there was one god who fathered three main gods of rigveda, Dyus pita. Dyus pita is the "Sky father" of all people and he is the father of Indra, Agni and Varuna. he is the "Brahman or Brahma" of Puranas from whom we Brahmans are descended.

In relation to rulers, it lists:
- Rulers will become unreasonable: they will levy taxes unfairly.
- Rulers will no longer see it as their duty to promote spirituality, or to protect their subjects: they will become a danger to the world.
- People will start migrating, seeking countries where wheat and barley form the staple food source.
- "At the end of Kali-yuga, when there exist no topics on the subject of God, even at the residences of so-called saints and respectable gentlemen of the three higher varnas (gunaor temperament) and when nothing is known of the techniques of sacrifice, even by word, at that time the Lord will appear as the supreme chastiser." (Srimad-Bhagavatam (2.7)
With regard to human relationships, Markandeya's discourse says:
- Avarice and wrath will be common. Humans will openly display animosity towards each other. Ignorance of dharma will occur.
- People will have thoughts of murder with no justification and will see nothing wrong in that.
- Lust will be viewed as socially acceptable and sexual intercourse will be seen as the central requirement of life.
- Sin will increase exponentially, while virtue will fade and cease to flourish.
- People will become addicted to intoxicating drinks and drugs.
- Brahmins will no longer be respected and their students will attempt to injure them. Their teachings will be insulted, and followers of Kama will wrest control of the mind from all human beings.
- Women will no longer get married.
- Traditional castes will disappear and everyone will belong to a single social class.
- Brahmins will not be learned or honored, Kshatriyas will not be brave, Vaishyas will not be just in their dealings, and the varna system will be abolished.
some other points are the Brahmins will forget Sanskrit and will stop doing their duty/Worship of god and become hedonist with time.
at this time God will take birth in a Pure Brahmin family who still performs their priestly duties as per Rule of Dharma defined by god and he will destroy those who adopted this sinful life and promoted it, he will be of fair skin and he will use White horse as his vehicle and sword as his weapon.
people who worship Vishnu claims that he will be an Avatar of Vishnu, Shiva worshipers claim him as an avatar of shiva but since Kalki is an ancient rigvedic prophecy i believe he will be from oldest God of Rigveda/Dharma Dyus Pita/Sky Father.
according to some Brahmin Priests he will give one and Final Veda after destroying currepted world and Brahmins will once again and worship their one true Father/God - Brahman/Dyuspita. Idols will be smashed and Brahmins again start using only medium allowed according to Vedas to worship god, Agni/Fire and start learning and speaking Sanskrit.
Kshatriyas will again Rule as kings as its their divine Right to rule according to God and Vaishyas will again become prosper as wealth is given to them by god.
the Kaliyug end and Swargyug/Godlen age will start again.
