we welcome them all. we'd love to learn about their noise signatures. the thing is some cannot make it there or you want em to be there

. australian subs are leaking too much. they can't make it there.
. uk has track record of getting stuck in shallow water. scs is nightmare for them.
. US subs just like their surface ships, they love to crash into merchant ships. vietnam should ask their fishermen first.
