Who said the Chinese are the first in everything? Perhaps in history , ancient history to be specific, they were a prolific and prominent racial power in East Asia, in context to civilization genesis. However, in regards to modern industrial paradigm, they are a new and latecomer force. The first Asian nation , civilization to industrialize --- during the Age of Industrialization --- was the Japanese Empire. It was not China.
As a ultra-developed and modern society, prominent economic power that is Japan --- it is no surprise to see Her contribution to science, industry and economics. I suppose the galactic exploration paradigm is but an attribute to Japan's expansive contribution in modern development.
Regards.
Of course Japan is ultra developed and will continue to contribute to human collective development. I would argue that in contrast to some members in PDF --- the Chinese peers are in support of Japan's contribution in this space exploration paradigm. In fact the extensive nature of Japanese-Chinese academic collaboration is highly noted. One or two Chinese members in PDF who show a discernible disregard for Japan and Japan's contribution --- does not change the fact that the two civilizations are cooperative powers in most national and international strategic variables.
In most and every category, yes. But let us not belittle the Indian yearning to expand and succeed. That human spirit is to be congratulated, nourished and supported. India is a friend of Japan; and are both spiritual , political, and historical peers. Long shall this ancient relationship endure.
