I can't be more casual when i'm free, but never the model style, i would feel awkward if dressing like thatbut i have to wear business suit when at work。

Nope! Never said that.

The problem with the metro look is if you overdo it you end up from being a gentleman to a sissy high schooler.See the guy on the right looks like a proper man...he's matching his physique with the clothing & accessories (like a stache and those big golden frames).The guy on the right got a colour riot on his hands and he just went overboard with that silk scarf tie.

Metro is all about KISS and when you overdo it,you are knocking at the doors of the hipster realm.
