Not quite open because open implies that both partners know when each other has sex with someone else. My view is an acceptance that it will happen but a hiding of when and who it happens with. Knowing will affect a relationship because it is always in the back of your mind that he/she has slept with this person. But if you don't tell that you are then the mind is ignorant to it. Also nothing like a swingers relationship, that disgusts me.

Be they Geisha, to bar singers, bar performers et cetera. It is different in Japan from other countries where there is a negative association for being an entertainer (adult entertainer, musical entertainer etc).
