Japan rejects China's demand for apology

As for the other, can be summed up simply, when the Chinese GDP than the United Kingdom, France, what happened? Breaking the Olympic torch movement, When the Chinese GDP than Germany, what happened? Germany's prime minister met with DL Lama. When the Chinese GDP than Japan, what happened? You know.
When you say China GDP than XYZ, do you mean when China's GDP surpassed XYZ?

Because according to our point of view, it was wrong for Japan to arrest a Chinese fisherman within China's own territory? (The Diaoyutai islands).

Nothing stops people from making demands for apologies, and nothing stops nations from accepting or rejecting such demands.

I can demand that you apologise to me right now, and you can ignore it. Then life will continue as usual. :azn:

was not the fisher man unlawfully present in the Japanese area without permission,so dont they have the rights to arrest and prosecute him

I dont know why China made this really a big issue,if they wanted peace, they should put restraint on their fisherman from indulging in such activities

The same, Japan should exercise restraint, it is a fair.

Diaoyu Island is China's territory, or as I will attempt to put it neutrally, disputed territory. As I said before if the fishermen fished in Tokyo Bay and got caught everyone in China will call him an idiot and let the Japanese do what ever. However we Chinese believe that the Diaoyu Islands were, and are, historically a part of China's territory. Here is where the contention starts.

Get it through your head. He was in Chinese territory. It would be analogous to the PLA arresting people in Archunal Pradesh for a collision with an army vehicle. If you can't be bothered to learn the basic facts about the dispute, you shouldn't troll here.

Again, Indian members here seem to be on the side of whoever is against China.

once again,is not the disputed territory controlled by japan,so lets put it into another perspective, aksai chin is also claimed by India owned by china, what if our men start intruding there,is not China lawfully able to punish them since the area is controlled by china,if yes,how this case is different

Not necessary. :disagree: Please don't generalize. There are plenty of rational Indian members on this forum and plenty of Chinese trolls too.

We have never acknowledged. In the border area, and even some stationed there are still a lot of controversy, this is the same, if India want peace, it is best to remove his troops.
