I prefer that the Chinese claim the rank of 'best navy' in Asia. Afterall, in fact, i would even say Japanese Military , especially the Japanese MSDF is probably the weakest force in Asia. Even Cambodian Navy's river boats are considered stronger.

I would not say we have the 'best' in Asia, but we have a navy that can annihilate any naval threat in Northeast Asian region. Should any agitators do anything...unfortunate.
