Oddly, Indians do much better than the Chinese in Murica.

The basic reason is the high cost of living in the better areas (cities, the best parts of cities). People want to move up in life, and the easiest way is reduce family size.
An easy solution would be to make the suburbs, the smaller towns alive and happening. Another would be free housing and education.

India is sending it's best to USA not Bihari panwalas. Send chamar and bhangis to America. Let's see how good they do over there. South Asians are racially very diverse. Not everyone has same IQ

But then Japan will turn into a Sub-Saharan hell hole with ALL the associated problems with those of that ilk. Japan would cease to be an advanced, high IQ society. In fact they will be on par with cavemen from 50,000 years ago. What you are suggesting is a good way to destroy advanced, highly civilised high IQ societies and replace it with the lowest form of humanity.

People with higher iq tend to reproduce less. It's precisely due to the higher iq that parents know they must have lesser offsprings in order to be able to devote more resources into nurturing them.

Chinese send their best too. American immigration is based on allowing only the best. The quality of life, the exposure and the culture in the US is far superior to what any Asian country can offer.

Side note- a large number of those immigrating are from Bihar/UP, as these states have a job/education focused mentality.
