You seem like a reasonable guy.

Do you really believe that States don't support/fund terrorist movements against other States?

Do you really take every statement of responsibility (or denial) from "official sources," whether a State or a terrorist group, as fact?

I am not saying the Indian deep state was definitively behind this attack --- but what I am saying is that discussing this possibility is not indulging in conspiracy theories. Countries have used such dirty tactics against each other for millennia.

No side ever has proof, so I feel these discussions are useless anyway...

If some thing happen in India, a blast or a pigeon get caught, all hell brake loose; Pakistan is responsible whether any state actor is involved or not; no matter do did it, it is Pakistan's responsibility
And if some thing happen in Pakistan, it is some thing that party or another party............ A perfect cover for India.
