AL is deliberately pushing Bangladesh to a state of war. Banning the 3rd largest political party will have severe consequences. Anyone with common sense will be able to see this regardless whether they agree with Jamaat or not.

Jamat is not brutal and power hungry like BAL, BNP. I believe they'll not go underground and start terror attacks rather they may wait for the election. If BNP wins and saves them, they'll start simple life again and if BNP can't win, definitely they'll start their game like we're seeing every other day Pakistan is losing lots of civilian lives.

Why people are making big fuss out of it!!! Jamaat has not been banned as a political party. They can continue their political activities, expressing their opinion etc. freely. Only thing that has been banned is that they cant participate in the election with their trademark "DARIALLA" unless they file another application to re-register again!!! This verdict is mostly symbolic.

Worst thing for Jamaat can be this time that they will have to participate in the election with a new trademark. Thats it!!

Well this comes as no surprise from a puppet judiciary. JI is the 3rd last largest political party and can easily come up with a new name and party symbol. They have a very strong chain of command. JeI will bounce back through legal process. Not sure if the Tk 200.00 Crore gifted to Hasina included this part or not. But the USA and EU do not want JeI banned. Whereas the real success of human life lies in the acquisition of satisfaction of Allah in the form of getting emancipation from the aajab (punishment) of the hell (Jahannam)and of getting infinite and uninterrupted peace and happiness of paradise (Jannat);

Whereas men can achieve worldly comfort and success in the hereafter (Akirah) only by establishing rule of Allah on every nook and corner of the person, family, society and the state;

Whereas independent Bangladesh is the third largest Muslim country of the world and it achieved the status of independent and sovereign nation state in the world map by the heroic struggle of the people and the freedom fighters of Bangladesh;

Therefore, with a view to establishing the noblest objectives of formation of Islamic Society based on these fundamental beliefs and spirits, this constitution is hereby adopted and given into force.
