Nice video, but I call BS.
Why? Sorry to be bursting bubble...but here goes:
The powerplants which J-11B currently are the AL-31F (Chinese J-10 has AL-31FN engine) which does NOT have thrust vectoring. The Chinese have till date tested only one WS-10 (not the A version) on their J-11B and thats only for testing purposes. Cannot do a cobra with that one either. Chinese dont have thrust vectoring engines, yet.
Now you can do a "cobra" as shown in the vid above only if you have thrust vectoring. That plane which is doing the Cobra is NOT a Chinese aircraft. I strongly suspect it to be the Russian MiG-29OVT. Ha, propaganda! To what ends?
Geez, people think about technical specifications before you post BS.

its not J-11, its the e Su-27 of Russian Knights(Russian aerobatic team), the plane in Vid has got color scheme of Russian Knights & in between there at 9 secs is a MiG-29 not a flanker ..... The Chinese A/C in between dont seems to be a J-11, i strongly believe its su-30 MKK....
