For article 370 to be abolished, it has to be passed in j&k assembly. Its stuck there, but looking at bjp numbers this time, hopefully next time it will be better

Nope. You don't need J&K assembly to abolish article 370.
It has been debated by constitutional experts and all it takes a willing president and a willing SC, that's all

In fact, the govt does not even need to put this as a bill in parliament. Read the provisions of article 370 in our constitution. They are poorly framed and only appeasement of Muslims was the reason why it is being sustained.

The Artcile 370 needs to be approved in Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha with 75% Majority for Amendment or Erasure. Then it will go for President Not.

State Assebly has no role, as this Article was pursued by Republic of India not Kashmir STate.

You are true.
There are a lot of interpretations of Article 370. Some constitutional experts like Swamy are of the opinion that president can pass the order to abolish it (of course, it indirectly means it's the cabinet that wants to abolish it) due to where article 370 is attached to in the constitution.
Similarly some feel that Parliament is needed
Few feel, constituent assembly(which does not exist) of J&K is needed.

That's why I said, to abolish article 370, you need a willing President and a willing SC. Because any move, no matter which, will ensure that this abolishing will go to SC and the constitutional validity of the legislative to abolish 370 will be tested there.

The 101 Constitutional Amendment Act of the Indian Constitution under which the GST would be applicable to all States does not apply to J&K as of now.

And the constitution is supreme.
