Ramjet is mainly used in missiles. It's hard to decelerate.

PL-21 and R-77-PD are coming along and should be ready within 2 years. These are ramjet air to air missiles.

Quality matters over quantity. F-18E and F-35C are armed with AIM-120 range 120 km. J-15 is armed with PL-15 range 400 km.

J-15 can neither carry the R-73 nor does the PL-15 has a 400km-range. You are wrong again in all accounts.
