the 4th gen fighter jets are still be kept secret.

from the published articles and research reports, i just can say:
1. china had broken through and mastered the stealth coating.
2. china had broken through and mastered the technology of vector engine.
3. china had made the tests in its wind tunnel on several models with similar shapes of f-22, f-35, mig1.44 and others.
4. it seems china will hardly take the current stealth models from russia.
5. there is still a lot of homeworks need to do for the 4th gen fight jets.

The first pic, the one on the magizine. Are those external harpoints or is the weapons bay open?Well the fighter looks like a comboination of YF-23, Eurofigher. Also it might be as good as the eurofighter but not the raptor. Also does anyone have any info on the avionces, radars, etc.?

And one more thing, is it true that the jf-17/fc-1 will be coated with RAM?
