J-14 5th Generation Fighter Attached with Su-47 Berkut

No source. The PLAAF has leaked very little info regarding the J-XX. The only potentially forward swept parts of the plane would be the canards, not the wings.

Similar to this? :

"According to information disclosed at a research institute, China’s 4th-generation fighter will use the plasma stealth technology, its performance will exceed the foreign serving four generations fighter plane.

The photo shows the information from a Chinese research institute:

…However, due to the fact of the gap between the current H4B-A3-2 program and foreign active-duty 4-th generations fighter palne in the low detectability indexes, our research institute’s topic of high-pressure arc air ionization application Testing in some strong reflex zone is timely and necessary. This technology, once put into use, will enable our 4-th generations fighter plane to reach finally foreign active-duty ones.To use specifically…"

if true can we expect J-14 to resemble PAK-FA and J-xx some kind of mix between mig-1.44 and mig-47, lol.

Doubt this is the design.

The most common reported design for the J-14 was the delta-canard. Forward-swept wing stealth technology has not yet been fully mastered by China, and it's not even proven to be that stealthy.

The J-13 design is a triplane design, similar to the J-10 (except that J-10 is not triplane).

Or the J-13 uses delta-canard and J-14 uses triplane (we are not confirmed which aircraft uses which, but we know that triplane and delta-canard are definitely used)

SAC is working on a stealthy plane based on J-11B, called the J-16. Maiden flight is expected in 2011.

Apparently, according to Chinese sources, the new "J-16" is meant to supplement the 5th-generation stealth fighters, not to serve alongside it.

The J-20 is not a multirole aircraft. Unlike the F-22, the J-20 was never meant to take on simultaneous roles of both dogfighting and striking. It would be sensible for the PLAAF to build two stealth fighters, one for striking (J-20) and one for aerial superiority (J-14).

SAC is working on both J-14 (which is also supposedly ready) and the J-16.

Sir, are you suggesting that the recently released images were in factof the proposed J-14? If that is a J-20 prototype, then what is the purpose of having a stealth bomber with Canards?

source please...?

no fighter aircraft radar in current russian inventery has the range of 180-240 km .....if they has any , india to get it first..

Nope, the images are the J-20. But there is another 5th-generation stealth fighter, called J-14, at SAC, for air superiority.

IS'NT there a 5th gen , single engined fighter in the pipeline , like f35? paf will be definately interested in it
