That's the new norm....
Cause those kids cannot bear hard life we have experienced.
Still, our local government is funding big....2000+ yuan per year is like no money in Wuhan.
It's really a big financial burden to our municipal government
when we are building 10+ subways at the same time....
I've studied abroad, I know how expensive for local students to pay rent.

All Chinese universities provide dorms for every student, at very cheap price or free for the underprivileged.

At all Chinese universities, wifi and broadband is free and no usage limit.
I remember when I was in college, I could download a song less than 5 seconds.

Harvard is only $61K for tuition + room + board. $67K if you add in everything like books

In recent years, many Overseas Chinese family in Indonesia see China as one of their Top destination to send their kids to get Higher and Better Education
