The owners of all chrome plated, gold plated and similarly plated cars should be shot dead. Ferrari did not give an Enzo to every idiotic Sheikh b/c they wanted the car to be given mostly (not totally) to people who are real petrolheads (or gearheads for the Americans). A bunch of three hundred supercar owning Sheikhs got their Enzo applications rejected in favour of some genuine rich petrolheads.

Destroying a great car should be as big a crime as theft if not brigandage.

A couple of them, obviously not all. There were reports about one from Dubai and another two from KSA being told to **** off and mind their business and that this wasn't an ordinary car meant for anybody with money.

And Dubai is a **** hole. Been there twice and hated it both times. There was one park and I had to pay for it to get in. It's a HOT, HUMID desert with shopping malls on every corner. If you don't have the $ then there is no point and even if you have the money then you can shop in your own city.
Dubai is a bubble, nothing more. They're lucky that they have oil<<< yes they have oil. When people say they don't have oil they are forgetting Abu Dhabi. Dhabi has bailed them out with oil money every time they were down so we can pretty much say that they owe their success to oil money cuz w/out it they would be done.
