Well Indian Embassy would not be exchanging info regarding FGFA Project through EMAILS

However they could be trying to dig up info regarding the Rs 30000 crore ie 7 Billion USD P75I contract for next gen Submarine , which is likely to be anounced November with issue of RFP , This is a contract for 6 Subs equiped with AIP , with options for 2-4 Subs which could increase the price of the deal to 11 Billion USD or Rs 50000 Crore
This contract is unlikely to be delayed since India needs to sign a deal by 2013-14 to ensure that first subs are delivered by the winning company by 2019-20

Russia's Amur class Sub is leading the race , while Spanish - Italian S80 subs as a closed second

RFP is likely to be issued to Amur class , Type 214 , Marlin class and S80

Don't know why Italians wasted time trying to hack a complaint letter sent to another company regarding spare parts. They could have spent that time and money hacking into check what is causing rampant death of NATO forces in Afghanistan.
