I think since May 29 exxon started, dug 80 holes and had 40% success rate of discovering oil or gas.

Do you have any details of the contract? Who will extract the oil etc.? It would be very good to know what the terms and conditions are to Exxon's contract. This has been going on very secretively. Suddenly we are reading and hearing about this discovery out of the blue.
