ISRO to launch record 20 satellites in a single mission from Sriharikota at 9:26 am

It appears that while ISRO can launch the satellites of universities like College of Engineering, Pune; they are unwilling to launch the satellite of IITB.

Cartosat-2C is the real deal....our 'eyes' in the space. We can literally track enemies in real time...from a human being to activities going on some 'site'. lolz

Do you have any information regarding Cartosat's construction? Like how many of the components were locally produced, especially core components (with which India earlier had problem) like radiation hardened electronics, and cameras etc.
