Why do u think their has not been a full scale war between India and Pakistan since Kargil.

Problem is that Persia came after IVC and Bharat in it's current form came into being in 1947 and old Persia died the day,when troops of 2nd Caliph in 636 under Sa`d ibn Abi Waqqas, destroyed Sasanian Army in Battle of al-Qādisiyyah and later captured whole of Persia in 651.
In nutshell your both claims are wrong.Bharat wasn't in times of Persian Empire and Persia isn't when Bharat is.
So,sad such glorious empire died in such a pathetic way.
