"Today, 78 per cent of what in 1917-48 was Palestine under mandate is under Israels control, and Israel has no intention of quitting the remaining 22 per cent." link
Am I the only one here who sees a problem with this statement?
In context it means, quitting the claim over the rest of it?"Today, 78 per cent of what in 1917-48 was Palestine under mandate is under Israels control, and Israel has no intention of quitting the remaining 22 per cent." link

Well technically the Israelis are only back the land that has been theres for thousands of years.
Not that I am a fan of the Arabs, but actually, that's the most lame technicality ever!
xdrive...little the knowledge that you have read history Palestinians didn't come from outer space they lived here for thousands of years whether you call them Palestinians or germanians or whatever they are the natives of that land Jew as called "Bani Isra'il" the people of the tribes that were in Egypt and than migrated and many were from the native land today called Palestine and many more are called Muslims in that land..so technically they're not back they want to divide the land even more consume and take over the land..get it thorough your think skull..
Nope.
