Israel is buying only U.S made fighters per the agreement with the U.S.
Also, I wouldn't be sure that they're better.
After all, this F15 IA is almost a completely new aircraft from it's prodeccor paired with all the best technologies Boeing and Israel defense industries has to offer

F 15 is an old plane while Rafale is a new plane. Rafale has electronics which are unmatched. Its EW is top class. Better than even Israel can come up with. We choose France for our Mirage upgrade inspite of Israel offering to do the same work at less than half cost.

Lol, Israeli electronics ain't the same level as the ones it sell abroad.
