why ISA launches their sats from an Airbase??do they have any separate launch pads for civilian use??

Because Israel is a small country. We cant allocate a special place for space launches especially since they occur only once in 3 years on average

First picture to hit the net can be anything, though I don't think anyone here in Israel is particularly interested in Algerian industrial or military sites.

Who's said they are interested or uninterested, Israel has always done it by habit to toy with Algeria or for other considerations...I didn't mean animosity or threat..
