Israel's military budget is 21.6 billion dollars annually, I don't know if it's with the aid included or without.

Considering the fact that not all the money goes to Jews, and that probably half of the holocaust survivors moved to Israel, it's safe to say 30%-40% of that money got into the hands of Israeli citizens.
40% of 89 billion is 35.6 billion dollars, this money was given throughout 6 decades, it's 0.6 billion dollars annually.
That's almost nothing compared to our economy, even to our annual growth rate.
