when will iran hit israel?

Its almost same as asking Pakistan when we will hit US. At the moment they can't and they know it. Hitting Israel will mean that America will come into the equation and Israel itself is a nuclear power. What Iran is trying to do is survive just like us Pakistanis which is the reason they don't respond against multiple attacks by Israel on their interests in Syria and Iraq.

I do not blame any Pakistani institution for being incapable of standing up to tyranny.

When you don't have the power to stand against bullying you get bullied. Its as simple as that. People are scared of what will happen if they even speak up, let alone stand against this kind of thing.
