ImiLite is a cost-effective intelligence system
designed to receive process and exploit
multiple standalone imagery video and other
intelligence data in a centralized and a unified
way. Main system capability includes the
reception, processing and exploitation of EO,
IR, SAR/GMTI and VIDEO, in various formats,
over one desktop. In order to enhance the
exploitation process, ImiLite further combines
non-imagery data such as targets, threats,
COMINT detection and mission status within the system workflow. ImiLite

The Samson RWS is a family of remote controlled weapon stations for crew
protection and target engagement. It is suitable for any light combat platform
such as wheeled/tracked vehicles and fast attack craft/patrol boats. The
Samson RWS provides enhanced accuracy, under-armor operation and
flexibility of location at any hatch. It features closed hatch and head-out
operation capability, manual emergency mode of operation, day/night
operation and can be adapted to a variety of weapons.
The Samson RWS 30, the largest member of the family can host a variety of
armament including a 30 mm cannon and ATGM missiles such as Rafael’s
Spike LR. The Mini-Samson is a lighter remote controlled weapon station
and can host 5.56 mm, 7.62 mm or 12.7 mm weapons as well as ATGM
missiles. The Samson Jr. is the smallest member of the Samson Family and
can host 5.56 or 7.62 mm weapons.
The SAMSON Dual is a dual-axis, gyro-stabilized RWS that simultaneously
mounts two weapons. Developed originally to carry a 25-30mm lightweight
weapon as main armament and 7.62mm secondary weapon for short range
engagements, the Dual SAMSON enables multiple-threat handling in highmobility scenarios.

The SpotLite-P is an electro-optic system designed
for the precise location of small arms fire sources.
The SpotLite system allows for detection of multiple
small arms/sniper fire sources simultaneously, day
and night, at long ranges and with high precision
and detection probabilities.
The system is capable of investigating the fire sources
detected, verifying that it is actually enemy fire,
transferring verified targets to friendly force snipers and
thereby closing the sensor-to-shooter loop quickly and
efficiently. When required, the system can translate
target data into coordinates for other shooters, or mark
the target with a laser marker. The SpotLite-M is a
mobile version installed on vehicles and AFVs that
enables the detection and location of enemy fire sources
from small arms, RPG rockets, ATGM, and tank shells.

The Mini-Typhoon is a lightweight, naval,
stabilized and remote operated machine gun
system. The system provides crew-safe
operation enabling force protection and
precision engagement. The Mini-Typhoon is an
optimal solution as perimeter protection for
large vessels. The Mini-Typhoon can also
function as main gun for small, fast patrol
boats, significantly enhancing hit probability under rough conditions.

11. SIMON (GREM) - a BREAKTHROUGH in BREAK-IN

launched grenade is a stand-off & surpriseattack type weapon; It replaces older breaching
methods, which involved loss of surprise and the
risking of assault troops in directly breaching
doors by mechanical means or by attaching
explosive charges.

12. MATADOR WB

Making a man-size hole to create a mobility
corridor in a variety of walls that typify urban
structures MATADOR is a shoulder-launched
weapon with FFE (Fire From Enclosure)
capability using the Davis Gun launching
method. It incorporates a novel EFR
(Explosively Formed Ring) warhead. The
warhead is initiated at stand-off distance
from the wall enabling the blast and liners to
expand, cutting and breaching the wall. The breaching is surgical thereby
maintaining structural soundness and mission force safety. Its weight is
13kg (28.7lbs) and its operational distance is 20m to 120m. The munition is
ergonomic and requires minimum training.

13. MATADOR AS

Striking enemy forces located within
structures. The MATADOR AS is a
shoulder-launched, fully disposable
munition that can be fired from an
enclosure. It is multi-purpose and specially
adapted for MOUT. An advanced tandem
warhead fitted with a multi-mode fuze
provides it with the capability to destroy
structures, fortified positions and light
armor vehicles. It also provides a mouse-holing capability. Its effective range
is from 14m to 400m, and its weight is 10kg (22lbs).

14. BNET

Defined Radio (SDR) for tactical
operations.

15. TACMAX

The TACMAX Family of Base Stations,
Repeater Stations and Mobile Stations are
capable of delivering high quality video
streaming & multimedia, data and voice
(triple play) services for military applications.
The TACMAX implements MIMO spatial
processing intimately integrated with a
WiMAX baseband solution allowing mitigating intentional interference effects
by developing a smart antenna MIMO technique. TACMAX performs well in
the presence of hostile jammers. TACMAX supports also fixed stations
deployed at long range from the Base stations, eliminating the need to use

The C-Guard ManPack is a lightweight IED Man-Portable
jammer intended for hand/robot carry forward,
backpack, and/or vehicle installed operations. The
ManPack is designed for ground troops, SWAT teams and
bomb squads operating under risk of encountering
remote control improvised explosive devices (RC-IEDs) in
difficult terrain like sand, forests and urban
environments. C-Guard ManPack is designed to block
wireless communication and prevent remote activation of
roadside bombs and IEDs. The C-Guard ManPack can
block any frequency band, based on customer’s needs.

2. C-Guard LP

The C-Guard LP Jammer is a plug’n’play device – simply connect it
to a power source and turn it on. The LP can be configured for up to
6 bands transmitting at 0.5W per band. For optimal coverage - 60
transmission power levels can be programmed using the IR remote
control, to ensure accurate and effective blocking and minimizing
blocking outside the designated area.

3. C-Guard Slider

C-Guard Slider modular IED jamming systems
enable extreme EW adaptability in the war against
terror. Based on open and flexible architecture, each
module is a self-contained single band jammer.
Modules can be easily slid in & out of slots in the
system chassis under field conditions. Modules are
easily programmed and easily upgradable according
to mission requirements and emerging threats. The

MTTR and minimal downtime during repairs.

4. C-Guard TXP

C-Guard TXP ECM portable jamming system is designed to block
wireless communication and prevent remote activation of IEDs
(Improvised Explosive Devices). The C-Guard TXP ECM jamming
system is housed in a ruggedized trolley-style pelican case which
can be transported by one person, carrying it using a back harness
or wheeling it, or installed in a vehicle.
The C-Guard TXP ECM can block any frequency band, based on
customer’s needs: VHF/UHF, Cellular phones, Satellite phones,
Wireless LAN and more. Jammers can be upgraded in the future to
include new frequency bands.

5. JP

The PJP is a carry forward solution for EOD and combat personnel. It
is an extremely small, lightweight jammer. The PJP is easily carried
by a robot close to the IED to prevent terrorists from remotely
detonating it. The close proximity of the PJP to the IED enables
prevention of IED detonation without having to flood the area with
high power jamming signals.

6. RCU

The Remote Control Unit (RCU) for vehicle use can
be installed next to the driver for easy, comfortable
jammer control. The RCU includes the following
capabilities:

IWI to Present Complete Light Weapon Solution for Modern Armies at DefExpo India

Showcases NEGEV Family of Light Machine Guns (LMGs) including New Model - NEGEV NG7 and ACE Family of Assault Rifles

Israel Weapon Industries (IWI) – a leader in the production of combat-proven small arms for governments, armies, and law enforcement agencies around the world – presents its complete light weapon solution for modern armies at DefExpo India 2012, New Delhi, March 29-April 1, Israel Pavilion, Stand 11.10-L. IWI will showcase its NEGEV family of LMGs, including the new version of the 7.62mm caliber, the NEGEV NG7, as well as its ACE family of assault rifles. The deployment of the company’s full portfolio of firearms by the Indian army and security forces is a reflection of the long-term cooperation between IWI and India's security forces.

As the new model of the NEGEV family of LMGs, the NEGEV NG7 shares most of the components with the NEGEV 5.56 mm caliber - IWI’s exceptionally successful and reliable LMG, which is deployed around the world in dozens of countries, and has been combat-proven in a number of wars in a variety of locations. The NEGEV NG7 includes a semi-automatic firing mode that enables accurate fire in combat situations, including ambush, Close Quarter Battle (CQB), and when shooting via telescope. This is the only 7.62mm caliber LMG in service today that is capable of pinpoint, single bullet shooting. It provides four safety mechanisms to minimize unwanted fire. In automatic mode, rate of fire is over 700 bullets per minute.

Weighing less than 8 kg, the NEGEV NG7 is much lighter than most of the other 7.62 mm LMG's in use by today's infantries. The NEGEV NG7 can be used on a variety of mounts, including special mounts for helicopters, land vehicles, and naval vessels. Features include a gas regulator for additional power in harsh conditions such as mud and dirt, tritium night sights, and picattiny rails for optical and other devices. Drum or belt-chain fed, the NG7 fires from an open bolt position and is easily dismantled for maintenance in the field.

IWI will also showcase its ACE family of 5.56mm and 7.62mm caliber Assault Rifles, which are based on the exceptionally reliable mechanism of the very successful GALIL assault rifle. Blending enhanced human engineering and ergonomics with the demands of the modern battlefield - and providing both automatic and semi-automatic fire modes - the ACE has been extensively battle proven under the most extreme conditions, worldwide. The short, lightweight assault rifle comes in three lengths. Its 4 picatinny rails act as a platform to mount a wide array of optical devices and other accessories. Air cooled and gas operated, the rifles are easy to use by right or left-handed users, are simple to maintain without special tools, and include night sights and telescopic and/or foldable *****.

A range of additional firearms will be displayed at IWI’s booth, including the TAVOR 5.56mm assault rifle family and the X95 rifles and carbines, the 7.62mm GALIL SNIPER, the UZI SMG family, and the 9mm JERICHO pistol family. As noted, all these weapons have been in service in India for a number of years.
