i don't separate Hezbollah and the Palestinians because Hezbollah draws their fighters, houses their fighters, and keeps their armaments and funds among the Palestinians. to separate them is entirely theoretical, and meaningless to the guys on the ground. it's a quaint tactic to try to seperate them but just a subtle lie, instead of a flagrant one.
