The hottest topic of November 2015 had been the ISPR press release and presidency response thereto. ISPR showed its concern on lack of governance. Though not specifically mentioned it fingered to any governance in Sindh. Presidency immediately jumped responding how not just the governance but the good governance prevailed in abundance in the country.
2. Presidency has, in this jamhuriyat, made public 34 emails as its contacts, including “proudly” connected to the Presidency’s “Dispensation of Justice”. Naturally this dispensation of justice is for we the so fortunate public. These contacts range right from the Secretary to the President, to Director Generals, Directors Legal, PROs, Press/Protocol etc down to the Librarian. None of these are working. Emails sent on these contacts come back undelivered.
3. The system provider while returning back the undelivered emails diagnoses the reasons. With emails like that to the Director to the Secretary Office reads “no mail box exists”. In simple words it means that there exists no such named email in practice. But then why has this been published on presidency website; wonders!. With most undelivered emails the diagnosis read “the recipient over quota” which in simple word means that the person whom that particular email belonged to is so efficient that believing on good governance he damn cares about attending and reading emails having arrived in his concerned mail box (say postbox or letter box). Thus his mail box is fully to the maximum over-occupied having no further capacity to receive inside any new email. Why should these mail boxes be opened and emails read; after all, all these are from bloody commoners (on the weight of bloody civilians).
4. Many years back I found every mail sent to PIA at its publicized contacts like xxxx@piac.com.pk coming back undelivered. An insider once took me into confidence. He told me that those publicized emails were just for public consumption. The actual ones were o domain xxxx@piac.aero.
5. If this senior citizens firmly believed on ISPR press release, why should he be labelled undemocratic?
