Isn’t Gripen plane as plagiarized or original as the Tejas plane? Please elaborate in simple language.

Is it not true that Gripen plane is a cacophony of multi national systems. For example: engine from US, avionics from elsewhere etc...........

Clarifying the question:

Isn't the proportion of indigenous content in Gripen quite similar to that of Tejas?
The use of foreign components doesn't make it any less of a Swedish design. And unlike India, Sweden already had a mature aviation industry capable of producing fighter jet since the 1950s:
For one, Sweden has always used imported or licence produced foreign engines, as this was more cost-effective than developing a fully domestic engine. The point here is that license building of components allows you to produce the aircraft fully in country. That the component was designed elsewhere is of no (strategic) importance. Do you think there are no foreign components in US fighter jets? Are the Eurofighter Typhoon or Panavia Tornado plagerized (since it is not a single nation aircraft, and so by definition containt a high degree of foreign content, for any of its main users)?

Plagiarizing is unauthorized copying, taking technology and not acknowledging the original work but passing it of as a new, fully domestic item. i.e. reverse engineering and then tweeking and chest-pounding for industrial prowess. I can name a couple of states that have become very adept at this, and so can you probably when you take moment and think about it.

This is different from obtaining a license for a component e.g. an engine and then further developing that engine so as to better suite your domestic fighter jet better (which is what Volvo did with e.g. the RM8B for the JA/AJ-37 Viggen).
