Islamic State declares Qaeda and Taliban apostates and declares war on them

ISIS makes takfir on Hurras al-Din (AQ in Syria) for being formerly with "apostates" (JN/HTS) and now having allegiance to other "apostates" (Taliban). Leaving HTS didn't remove their "apostasy", rather ISIS demands they openly acknowledge their apostasy and re-enter Islam.
