Islamabad uneasy as Delhi and Washington mend fences

pakistan is too big and relevant to be ignored but not big enough to defend against superpower bullies
You made some sense.

Pakistan is big enough to be important, but not strong enough to avoid bullying by the superpowers.

. .
The only thing Pakistan is uneasy about at the moment is the unpredictability of Donald Trump and what this might mean as a policy for us. With regards to the military imbalance in South Asia, the Indian military might have a 7-1 times larger military budget, but it is 70-1 times less competent than the Pakistan army and this evens out the issue of spending. Their consistent penchant for making costly blunders is visible to everyone in the form of everything from the LCA Tejas to the INSAS rifles, and now the foreign policy under the Modi government has managed to score own goals as a matter of routine.

Pakistan needs to focus on its economy and political stability. Once these issues are sorted, we will become invincible.

Cough cough NK. Cough Cough
Keep day dreaming kiddo.
Cough Cough Bullcrap! Cough Cough
Everything you've said is entirely false. Not facts, they are assumings of a kiddo.
The 7-1 ratio is not a military ratio thats pretty much the ratio of the resources/gdp. The military ratio is 2-1 in hindustans favor. The indian defence budget uses 60% of its funds to pay for the salary of its service personal. Thats a military with 50 billion in funding? Pakistan with half the personal of India is only 7 billion in spending? Sounds wrong doesn't it. Because we all know Pakistans military has a lot better packages for its fighting personal than India does. India's RnD budget is pretty small as well and regardless of wastage, it does not amount to waste in corruption of material goods. RnD budgets generally are not that big, unless you are a big company on the bleeding edge whose business is patents.
Cough Cough Kiddo.
Regardless of the weapons India has, be LCA Insas or Aks and Arnab Gowsami. They are effective weapons platforms against India's immediate threat perceptions.
But, my comment was in regards to Pakistan not becoming a pariah. Its NOT up to China to decide Pakistans pariah state. They work with NK regardless of the fact. They don't care about Pakistan other than its anti-India objective. India is the only reason China cares about Pakistan, otherwise, China would probably have claimed your Kashmir as well. But China has time and again proven, it does NOT care for the status of Pakistans democracy or government...just its India policy. A fact that is clear to many in Pakistans elite who sarcastically quote the bs line, sweeter than honey, deeper than anal...wait...thats not right. Sorry i'm bad with quotes but you get the idea right? List China's friends and you'll know what I mean. China has always been about itself, and nothing more and they will fight India down to the last Pakistani a fact accepted by Pakistani elites and Indians which is why India has a military to fight on 2 and a half fronts.

.
They are always uneasy, when Modi visits Saudi Arabia and UAE and get billions of dollars of investment and now US selling advanced equipments to India.

Well Pakistan is not a pariah state. China would not allow Pakistan to be treated as a pariah state.
Why you depend on superpowers. First it was US, now China.

Stealthy Cruise Missiles for Polish F-16s

September 15, 2015 (by Lieven Dewitte) - Lockheed Martin has won a contract to supply AGM-158 JASSMs to the Polish Air Force. The cruise missiles will be fitted onto the 48 F-16C/D Block 52s that are currently in Polish service. This makes the country the third international JASSM customer following Australia and Finland.

Harpoons are not true cruise missiles. I am thinking of weapons with larger warhead and longer range.
F-15 is a better platform for such weapons.

Well Pakistan should do something similar & work closely with China & Russia to counter US-India ties.

Exactly we live in a multi-polar world now.

Pax Americana is over.

Pakistan should look after her own interests. Pakistan should go to the alternatives to USA like China, Russia, Germany, Brazil, France, Japan, and UK.
