just by building road they will not become rich in one day please try to understand if quality healthcare will improve and will be made available in more places it will eventually becomes cheap .. e.g isnt it better for the people if the government builds nice hospitals or atleast upgrade health facilities in all the districts so the people dont need to travel to long distances ... it costs money u know travelling and then food& fuel in between the travelling

FBR,NAB,FIA and all other investigative agencies are under your Panama Shareef.What's holding them to launch corruption cases against them and get them their deserved punishment.

You answered all of your own questions at the end of your post. No one will try anyone as the Civilians and the Military all have corrupt individuals to the last extent. Just the way a system with humans work. I guess it works like this a lot more in Pakistan than other places.

But its not about who is controlling who. It is about how much corruption has been going on and will go on, unless the processes are changed. That won't happen by bringing in another set of thieves by letting go the current one's as you describe them.
