True, educated and civilized class mostly, have seen motorists waiting for the signal to turn green in the by-lanes for minutes with no traffic police in sight and letting others to move, and people drive in lanes, don't litter around and threw garbage.

No one picks roadside flowers and trees are preserved by the people as well as by the CDA.
