So what ?? Doesn't prove anything. At-least prove his involvement in any of the terrorist acts and punish him under your law. Until then he is innocent until prove guilty. This is the standard practice in civilized democratic countries. But I seriously don't know who it works in sham democracies.

Innocent until proven guilty? I don't know what his real involvements are and I will probably never know because secret services don't release such information to the public but I can surly put several civil charges on him such as unlawfully entering the state with out the correct visa, treason against country of origin, working for an Intelligence agency against the nation, etc. These 3 cases are enough to keep this man in jail for a long long time my friend.

This is a diversion and we don't fall for it. Remember that quite a few such incidents in the past were claimed by ISIS on internet but later the investigation revealed totally a different story e.g. the killing of Amjad Sabri by MQM-target killers.
Let's analyse the Quetta incident. What did ISIS achieve?......Nothing Absolutely nothing...
But let's the terrorist state India achieved with this terror activity

1. Divert attention from current Kashmir struggle and Indian terrorism in the valley against innocent Muslims

4. Disturb whole of Pakistan and given an impression that Zarb-e-Azb failed
5. Divert attention of establishment and PA from Panama leaks and corruption
