Just think about it.
Are we really that desperate to blame someone for the crimes which they never did?
Damn , man i just shudder at the thought of that.
I know 3 of these fellows personally ,who are working near my working place and doing an honest job to earn their bread and butter.Decent people....Why i would do that?

Well the authorities can do it amicably.


In this case most probably he had a visa issue.Don't know why he didn't contact the Pakistani consulate for help,if he got mesmerized by the process or something else.
Now being a suspect ,doesn't make him an ISI agent.
His visa got expired and was reluctant to disclose it to the authorities ,as the story suggests.I hope he gets back home safe and sound.
