Even after 1 month of the Tamil Lankan battle, RAW couldn't find out who was supporting Sri Lanka! It was Pakistani Lawyers who sued Musharraf and then Defence agency presented reports and all the documents to court. Musharraf is gone, but his legacy remains. To Sri Lanka!

ISI is a good agency indeed, but the main failure of ISI is to use own citizens for their sabotage work which in turn created unrest in their home country. Check CIA, who always used other country's assets to get things done without indulging their men too much in to field level e.g Afghan campaign against Russians...
