Dont know about ISI but there are many RAW agents.

I certainly feel that ISI is one of the best if not the best when it comes to field intelligence. The only thing i guess they lack behind in is technology or i presume they would be in top 3 , no doubt about it .

The agency deserves aplause indeed keeping in mind the fact that it had been and is faced with multiple challanges, focusing its energies on many fronts is not easy and still surviving the quality factor. any other country specially our neighbouring one if was in a situation in which we are would not have been able to absorb shocks

Not even the CIA could risk killing its own politicos and dissolving its own governmental organizations,
