That's a way of asking for a job there in ISI in 007 style. The hacker just tried to creat an opportunity for himself.Look around for his C.V......lol

I guess even a small kid in 5th grade can do this kinda stuff....In order to get hired in good organization...he needa do some real stuff.....He needa work hard to get to some good appointment.......
