@Akheilos. You didn't answer my question about your having met, in person, Webmaster? Of course, even it you did meet, how would he know you were truly female and not a female impersonator? A better tactic than crying "sexism" would be to ask Webmaster specifically why he will not choose you as a moderator, so that you can objectively assess his reasoning, and work to change any qualities that you have, that need changing, so that you would be an acceptable moderator.
