This was gonna be my reply when i stumbled upon this thread. Then i noticed it seems the shadows on the ground indicate there are two engines on the right wing.

Tht baby has 2 engines on each wing... so def not hawkeye..

That is ZDK-03 because P-3c has a tail and the plane in the pic has no tail.
