In a population of close to 1.5 billion people, there are bound to be some racists, but that's not the point of the question,. is it?
When people accuse "China" of being racist against Africans, they're really trying to convince you that China as a whole society discriminates against Africans because they're "racist".
They do this by showing you one or two examples, where they remove all the context to portray the Africans in China as innocent angels who "didn't do nothing wrong".
Compare the following examples
1. A middle class white man attacks a black child and calls him filthy nigger and tells him to **** off back to an African shithole.
2. A Chinese Buddhist monk attacks an African scammer in China.
Both examples show an African being attacked. Are they the same? No, but you fail to make that distinction. The Chinese may not be charismatic people, but they rarely attack people unless provoked and pushed to the edge. The Chinese prefer to avoid confrontation. That's why these anecdotes are worthless without context. There's an extremely high chance the Africans in the video provoked the Chinese retaliation. In contrast, the African child in America did nothing to provoke the white man. The white man hates the child because of his skin. THAT is racism. Big difference.
@tower9 you are a strange fellow. I think you DO mean well, you ARE anti-racist, you ARE morally consistent, and you DO perceive some valid faults in the insular Chinese mindset. However, you ARE the victim of the West's perception management. You are consistently fooled by the West's lofty words and forget their malicious actions.
You say that the Western governments would never put up with the racism and discrimination against Blacks like the "uncouth xenophobic" Chinese. You claim the West would push back. You claim in the West, they can talk about it. Yet, the results speak for themselves, don't they?
● Africans feel extremely safe in China compared to Western nations.
● Africans feel welcomed in China compared to Western nations.
● Africans dating/marrying Chinese women don't get DEATH threats from jealous native men like they do in Western nations.
● Africans are not treated with extreme racist contempt in the media and made to wear dresses in the media as they do in Western nations.
● Africans don't FEAR FOR THEIR LIFE when they drive a vehicle like they do in Western nations
● Africans are NEVER SHOT by police officers like they are in Western nations
● Africans are NEVER IMPRISONED on false victim-less crimes and made to work as slave labor like they are in at least the USA.

That's the whole point of "talking about" it in the West. It's a pressure-release valve. It's meant to reduce tensions. Talking is NOT meant to end their system of racial discrimination.
Here's an example of the West's insidious perception management.
African Americans were not always drug addicts. Did you know that?
In the 1960's African Americans fought for their civil rights and won. Shortly after, the us regime destroyed black neighborhoods by dumping drugs into it. Crimes, murders, etc shot up. Using this as a pretext, African Americans were locked in prison and stripped of their right to vote. Upon release, they couldn't find work because a criminal record is a red flag to employers. Post 1960’s, millions of “free Africans” were politically and economically castrated…just like when they were slaves.
Essentially, African Americans went from picking cotton on the fields to becoming assembly workers in white-owned for-profit prisons. White people gave Black slavery a PR face lift. To be fair, there are SOME improvements, but make no mistake, it was resisted and sabotaged every step of the way.
That level of systemic racist structural violence is a trillion times worse than ANYTHING China has EVER done to ALL Africans in ALL of human history, yet you think the west cares about African lives compared to Chinese "xenophobia".
That is the power of western propaganda/perception management.
The reason China and other Asians nations don't talk about these "problems" is because African are on the whole, treated very well already. In fact, all foreigners are treated TOO well in China and the rest of East Asia. East Asians would do well to massively increase control of their turf and stop their Confucian nice guy strategy, which only emboldens exploiters like Serpentza, Laowhy86 and other racist parasites. Being a nice guy is universally perceived by non-Confucian societies as complete eunuch faggtory. If you want to rail against any aspect of backwards East Asian culture, this should be your priority #1 through #100.
Where you are absolutely correct is that East Asians are fucking TRASH at perception management. They are HORRIFIC at being charismatic/likable. They have SHIT-FOR-BRAINS at telling their side of the story. Their government/news male media representatives constantly look like nerds/dorks and sound like lispy ladyboys with repulsively thick accents.
However, on the whole, they are not racist xenophobic people as you falsely believe.
