Racism is rising in the western world and its people are becoming more anti non-white and anti immigration increasingly specially in Europe. Also they are increasingly beginning to take serious the far right propaganda who advocate a complete stop to immigration and reverse immigration sending the non white people already living in their countries both legally and illegally back to their countries of origin. What you do you the future of this pattern in western countries? Do you think some day the far right parties may come to power in the western countries and expel all immigrants? Or do you think its just a myth and immigration would keep on going as it is and there would be no backlash since because of their declining populations western countries need people? Kindly post your opinions.

Please provide specific instances. Switzerland anti Islamic law not withstanding - and lets be honest, Switzerland has always been the most politically backward nation in western Europe (They after all were still debating whether women should be able to vote or not in the 80s) - i don't agree this is true. A lot of these anti immigration laws have to do with the recession.

racism was always there it was suppresed in the global economic boom era however if this recession continues the way it now than it may increase direct or indirect support to far right parties which eventually in long term means return of a lot of immigrants back to their homeland.

Almost a year ago the inauguration of President Barack Obama was hailed as a turning point in US race relations. The country was said to be entering a new era of post-racial politics, on the path to a future of greater diversity and tolerance.

But while crowds flocked to Washington to witness the swearing in, others were refusing to join the party. Racially motivated threats against Obama rose to new heights in the first months of his presidency, with the US seeing nine high-profile race killings in 2009.

Meanwhile white supremacist and neo-Nazi groups claim their membership is growing and that visits to their websites are increasing.

Is the racial undercurrent that has long structured US politics reasserting itself?

Filmmakers Rick Rowley and Jacquie Soohen went inside the white nationalist movement to investigate.

Some of the images seen and opinions heard in the film are disturbing.

I think western society is less racist than before, at least in the UK.

We must seperate anti-immigration, often driven by non-race issues e.g. jobs, housing; from racism.
