Chinese missile defence system is a good choice for Pakistan we cannot afford s400 ..paisay keia tumhara baap bharay ga..

Raising a few billion dollars isn't very difficult for Pakistan through just slightly better taxation enforcement. It can even introduce a "S400 tax" spread across a hundred different products / services with very little impact to the average citizen. It is expensive, but not out of reach.
