Is Pakistan Funding Ukrainian Grom Tactical Ballistic Missile?

The General Director of Pavlograd Chemical Plant explained that close to $40 million were received as private financing .

Amount of transfer is incorrect. It can not be 40 million dollars.

It was 1 billion ukraininan hrivnas. In 2014 1 billion hrivnas eqvivalent :nearly 7-8 million $ . Today is only 4 million dollars:)

40 million dollars is big money that any country invests to Ukraine:)
Ukrainian Engineers could make them stupid for 40 million. In Ukraine and Russia everybody is very clever and scammer:)

These report may be aimed to disrupt the level of trust that recently evolved between Russia and Pakistan.

Ukrainian Grom tactical ballistic missile system is said to defeat S300 and S400 of Russia.

Ukraine has now all obsolete unfunded technology. Such projects been sitting for years for further development. It is very costly, so no one touch that. Right now Chinese technology is much better then Russian in air defence. Ukraine selling all these incomplete project to run the economy.

Chinese won't share tech with you, they will only sell..
Ukraine is an avenue for tech like engine, transmission and aircraft engines..their 80s tech is still valid in these fields for countries like us

I would differ with you on that , The amount of chinese weapons inventory all around our armed forces is a reflection + the amount of chinese weapons we produce under license. I am not sure what we are expecting from chinese ? They should gift us J-20 or ZT99 technology and that too for free. The problem is the amount of technology that can be absorb and afforded. Another thing is that when we talk about defence exports , who is the biggest buyer of weapons from china ? Pakistan, why would they let its biggest customer go and not transfer technology ? I guess we expect too much for too little from china.... US will never give us weapons that we want let alone the technology ,time has proven it again and again , I dont see a better alternative....

Interesting fact

"Of the foreign countries that support Ukraine’s export-driven defense industry, one stands out. Russia was the third-largest buyer of Ukrainian defense-related products from 2009 to 2013 after China and Pakistan. There are, however, parts and services that Russia currently imports only from Ukraine. Russia’s military depends on Motor Sich in the southeastern Ukrainian city of Zaporizhia for helicopter engines and on the Russian company Antonov’s plant in Kyiv for transport planes. Most importantly, the Russian army relies on the Southern Machine Building Plant Association, known as Yuzhmash, in the southeastern Ukrainian city of Dnipropetrovsk, which designs, manufactures, and services rockets and missiles."

But here is pretty much info which help you to understand the Ukraine defence industry situation.
