Sorry for the late tag/reply here, but Pakistan is not limited to SAARC.
We might miss out on its developments, but we're never isolated (and I'm not referring to China).

It is Pakistan that is isolating itself. You people don't want SAARC to become a trade union like EU until Kashmir is solved. You people canceled commonwealth because of Kashmir. You cannot keep hostage everything to Kashmir and. No wonder SAARC minus one has become a reality and is moving forward.

Indian generals who committed genocide in Kashmir must be held accountable and trialed for war crimes at the hague. Then we can move forward with regional cooperation.

peoples! let Pakistan first emerge as a power within its boundaries, then we can talk about region.

There is no such thing as Indian generals....the word itself look new to me...Indian army do want Indian government wants.

What domination are you talking of?

Barely a few thousand outside Pakistan have heard of Coke Studio. South Indians, Bangladeshis, Srilankans and Nepalis have their own music, language and culture. They don't even know what is Coke Studio!
In terms of Coke Studio...we do dominate the region.

I don't think you quite understand how geopolitics works.

Again, you're missing the point.

You know why US now don't care much about pakistan because they know china's rise is now going to become as a big threat for US than any thing else.A good relation with india will always be good for US and also to keep bay russia.India is having good relation with all countries over pakistan other than china or may be turkey.

Then divide everything by 1.3 billion to get the per capita and compare with Pakistan

Even indian population is some what 6.5 times than pakistan, but still indian economy is almost 10 times than pakistan, indian stock exchanges almost 45 times than pakistan, indian export almost 20 times than pakistan, indian electricity production is almost 13 times than pakistan, neither you have a space sector nor coal and list goes on...

So even in proportion you don't have any match against india

Nice i can't confirm the figures but it seems correct, Keep Moozii in Govt for next term also then figures will be different.

Again, SAARC is just one region. Pakistan is moving forward with or without SAARC.

Funny you should say that, relations between the US and Pakistan are improving, and in fact, the US is more invested in Pakistan than ever before. After the Afghans sabotaged the peace talks, the US is moving towards Pakistan's camp, realizing exactly what the Afghans are trying to do. Why do you think the US has agreed to sell their most modern helis, 1000 hellfire missiles, and other equipment to Pakistan? A demand that the US shied away from, due to Indian pressure?

Despite the recent move towards the US, India won't push Russia away, just to satisfy the US. You seem to have this really flawed idea that Pakistan is isolated, even though Pakistan's relations have actually expanded over the last few years. Despite angering the UAE, Pakistan has gained new friendly relations, it has expanded it's links with central Asia and Europe, it is repairing all the damage that was done to US-Pakistani relations, and it is set to become a major regional trade hub, expanding it's importance (even the UK has officially involved itself in the CPEC project). Even the UAE will eventually come back to Pakistan, as this is merely a setback. If the Arabs were seriously moving towards India, there would be a lot of push back against Pakistan, even though there is barely any right now (trade has slowed down only slightly).

Not a good comparison. UK, France and Germany are all of similar sizes and population. A good comparison with western Europe would be Middle East where Turkey, SA and Iran have similar influence and clout.

But, South Asia is more comparable to Northern America and East Asia where there is clearly a bigger state with dominating influence and clout.

its not a comparison, the post i responded to says there can only be one power per region. west europe is clearly a region and clearly there is more than just one major power there. i do understand what you mean by the size difference between nations and the tendency for the larger nation to be THE power in a region of other smaller neighbors, that said brazil is much bigger than its neighbors but its hardly the dominant power there.
