Based on that we tried him in a court of law. If UN declares you a terrorist tomorrow, should India shoot you in the head? No it will try you for the alleged crime in a competent court of law.

Hundreds of people have been arrested as terrorists and were released as they were also found not guilty. Another 1 fits into the same. There has been protest over these releases in Pakistan. Anti-terrorism laws have been demanded for some time.

Does that matter or not ? I am not saying he is a terrorist, but considering other cases where ISI was certain that those people were terrorists, was cleared by Court of Law.
