Not to frighten you but there is always "one in a million" chance that the child getting vaccinated will get polio ,

and biological warfare doesn't include diseases which can be vaccinated against ....

Have already done chemical warfare but neither side has an active biowarfare program due to our ridiculously close proximity to each other.

As for the topic; Pakistanis are already good at keeping polio around due to Mullah's ,superstitions and other vested interests.
