Is it America duty to accept refugees daily influx from Central South America

Are all these South and central American countries "mature democracies"?

They have been living in presidential democratic systems (just like the US) for several hundreds years. The only difference is that they do not have as much natural resources, but too high ratios of non-functioning population (by non-functioning, I mean those who just want to do partying, drinking and copulating but are totally foreign to hard works and disciplines).

some of Latin American states have plenty of natural resources. you are partly right about the population
